1 General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bdrmmy platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("User", "Member", "you"). By using bdrmmy's website, app or any of its services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. bdrmmy will never ask for your password by phone, email or live chat.

You are fully responsible for all activity arising from the use of your account.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Accepted deposit methods on bdrmmy are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method).

You may only deposit from a payment account in your own name.
Depositing funds from a third-party account is prohibited.
Deposit processing times may vary depending on the method used.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
Withdrawals may be held if verification has not been completed.
For unusual or suspicious transactions, bdrmmy reserves the right to hold withdrawals and conduct an investigation.
The wagering requirement must be met before a bonus balance can be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bdrmmy offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Wagering requirement: 10x (original deposit + bonus).

General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period.
A bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
Claiming multiple bonuses at the same time may not be possible — see the specific offer's terms.
Fraudulently claiming a bonus will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be closed.
bdrmmy reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus at any time.
Only one account per device, IP address or household is eligible to receive a bonus.

6 Betting and Gaming Policy

All betting and gaming on bdrmmy is governed by the following policies:

A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled; however, bdrmmy may reconsider in the case of a technical error.
Game outcomes are determined by an independent random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer.

7 Prohibited Activities

Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or modify the game software.
Colluding or conspiring against other users.
Taking any action intended to disrupt the platform's services.
Opening an account using a false identity or false information.

Warning: If any of the prohibited activities listed above are detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

bdrmmy reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

Violation of any provision of these Terms.
Evidence of fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
Failure to provide verification information.
A court order or directive from a regulatory authority.
An account that has been inactive for an extended period (the inactivity period will be communicated separately).

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Please withdraw any valid balance before closing your account. Any bonus balance will be cancelled at the time of closure.
